I have worked in the public interest and for political causes for over 15 years. I started as a student activist in the nineties at my college in Denver, my hometown. My first job was with the college campuses Massachusetts teaching students to organize environmental campaigns on college campuses. In 1999 I worked as a canvass director and telephone project director raising money for environmental and social justice groups. I have directed offices and run fundraising campaigns in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and Connecticut. I have directed Telefund's Boston call center; currently, I work in our central administrative office.
We raise money for great organizations and political groups like Human Rights Campaign, Amnesty International, the Democratic National Committee, International Rescue Committee, and the ASPCA. One of the things I like best about Telefund is working with people who care about the issues and that I can give them an effective way to make a difference every single day.
